FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are all items in stock? All Gold-plated/vermeil jewelry items are immediately available unless they are listed as pre-order or made-to-order. Made-to-order pieces may take up to 3 weeks for manufacturing and shipment.
What is the return policy? Flora Magica does not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If you have any questions about a particular piece before purchasing, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
What are your privacy/security policies? Flora Magica collects information from you when you register on the website, place an order, or subscribe to our newsletter. When ordering on our site you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You have the option to visit our site anonymously. Any of the information we collect from you may be used to help personalize your experience, improve our website and customer service, process transactions with your consent and administer promotional emails (in which you can opt-out at anytime).
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What are my shipping options? We currently use Lalamove and Ninjavan as our courier for local deliveries within Metro Manila and LBC for provincial deliveries within the Philippines. Upon order confirmation and receipt of payment, expect 1-3 business days for delivery of your item. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by events beyond our control. Orders placed on a Friday will be sent out on the following Monday.
How much is the shipping fee? Domestic shipping rates: Flat rate of P200 for deliveries within the Philippines. International shipping rates are listed during checkout.
Do you ship Internationally? Yes we do! For International orders we use DHL as our carrier and can take anywhere from 3-10 business days for delivery. Once your order is ready to ship, expect a separate email with your tracking details.
What forms of payment do you accept? We currently accept three forms of payment: credit card payments, PayPal or bank deposit. Customers can pay with their credit card even if they don't have PayPal account. After completing your order online, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase by entering your credit card details. Bank deposit instructions are listed during checkout.
What countries do you deliver to? We currently ship to The United States, The UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia. If you would like to arrange shipping to a country other than those listed, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will try our best to arrange something for you.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges? Import and duty charges are not included in your purchase. Please note that deliveries outside of the Philippines may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
REPAIRS AND SUCH
Do you accept repairs? If your Flora Magica piece requires service, please don't panic! Email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Flora Magica will repair or replace for no extra charge items purchased through shopfloramagica.com and our trunk shows for up to six months following purchase (under reasonable circumstances).
For purchases older than six months, you may contact us at email@example.com. If the item is older than one year, we will charge you a small cost for repair and delivery fee, subject to an initial assessment. We will always try our best to repair your pieces. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us for repair and assessment.
PRODUCT CAREHow can I clean my jewelry?
Gold and silver-plated metals will eventually experience natural tarnishing over time with wear. Perfume, sweat, oil and moisture can also speed up the tarnishing process. To clean your pieces, we advise to gently wipe your jewelry with a soft microfibre cloth after each wear. Try to keep your jewelry away from abrasive surfaces as this will scratch the metal. Swimming with your jewelry is discouraged as chlorinated water can also react chemically with metals, changing the color or weakening settings.
Avoid exposing your jewelry to excessive humidity or sunlight.
How should I store my Flora Magica pieces?
Most of our accessories are handmade in limited batches by artisans. To keep keep your pieces in great condition, we suggest storing it in the dust bags provided with your shipment; this will keep it dry and will reduce the likelihood of tarnishing.
Do not store jewelry in the bathroom because the humidity will increase the likelihood of tarnishing. Please use common sense and care when wearing and storing your pieces. But don't forget to wipe down your pieces after every use to keep them from tarnishing.
